In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery. • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PMs) on production machinery
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues
  • Inspect machine guards, safety controls, and related equipment
  • Use maintenance systems to track work orders, PM schedules, and repairs
  • Help identify root causes of equipment downtime and implement improvements
  • Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with outside service providers when needed
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 10+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with pumps, piping, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine controls
  • Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license required
Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Knowledge of building systems and controls
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
