• Shifts Available:
  • 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
• Location: East Houston area

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair rotating equipment including gearboxes, pumps, motors, compressors, and transmissions
• Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals
• Support equipment reliability and production efficiency initiatives
• Follow Lockout/Tagout, PPE, confined space, and all plant safety procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation within CMMS/SAP systems
• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure proper assembly and lubrication of mechanical equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
• Experience with rotating equipment maintenance
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems
• Must be willing to work assigned shift schedules
• Stable work history preferred (frequent job changes may not be considered)
• Candidates must demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and positive attitude during pre-screening
• ASME certification or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience preferred
