LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for an established manufacturer in Stafford, TX. This is a Temp-to-Hire role with a clear path to permanent placement for the right candidate. You'll work 1st shift troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical production equipment in a stable, well-run facility.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and electrical control circuits
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment including extruders, compressors, and HVAC systems
- Diagnose breakdowns; calibrate, overhaul, and reassemble components
- Recommend cost estimates and repair vs. replace decisions
- Modify and upgrade equipment to meet operational requirements
- Order parts and supplies as needed
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for production emergencies
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience with PLCs and drives
- Working understanding of how electrical and mechanical components interact
- Solid mechanical aptitude and basic shop math
- Strong communication skills and self-directed work style
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
- Electrical license or technical certification is a plus
