Responsibilities include ensuring curb appeal, performing basic repairs, maintaining common areas, landscaping, preparing apartments for new residents, and responding to emergencies. They assist with apartment turnovers, communicate with management, and participate in training and policy compliance to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications include 3-5 years of relevant experience, customer service skills, basic maintenance and pool knowledge, ability to lift 75 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends and emergencies. Preferred backgrounds are in maintenance supervision or facilities management.
