HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry in Winthrop, MN!


Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + 10% target bonus

Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Location: Winthrop, MN

About the Role

This role provides frontline leadership for the maintenance team, ensuring safe, reliable equipment performance and effective support of daily plant operations.


Job Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and assign daily maintenance work orders and oversee pass-down items
  • Supervise maintenance employees to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Support and monitor preventative maintenance programs
  • Serve as first point of contact for emergency maintenance needs
  • Oversee equipment repairs and maintenance across the facility
  • Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain CMMS records and maintenance documentation
  • Train, coach, and develop maintenance team members
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of maintenance experience with leadership or supervisory exposure
  • Strong knowledge of plant equipment and maintenance practices
  • PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
