The Maintenance Supervisor oversees site-wide maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Lead safety-first maintenance, enforce regulations, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS.
- Manage troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and maintenance of mining equipment.
- Supervise, develop, and coach maintenance personnel to ensure high performance and safety adherence.
- Track KPIs, maintain records, and support continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective resource use.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards, and company values.
- Requires 7+ years in industrial maintenance, 3+ in leadership, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, and a safety-focused mindset.
