Maintenance Supervisor

Position at the Union Club Hotel at Purdue

Summary:
Join a premium hospitality team as a Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the hotel. Support engineering teams, troubleshoot issues, ensure standards meet brand and guest expectations, and train maintenance staff.

• Assist with maintaining hotel facilities and resolving maintenance defects
• Support adherence to maintenance standards and hotel safety protocols
• Train and guide maintenance associates
• Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:
Bring a positive attitude, customer service skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and experience in hospitality engineering or facility management. Ability to read blueprints and manuals is preferred.
