The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and participates in aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards. They supervise a team of technicians, assign tasks, monitor work quality, and provide hands-on support for inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of light turbine aircraft, particularly turboprops. This role involves maintaining accurate documentation, enforcing safety protocols, and promoting continuous improvement within a collaborative environment. The supervisor mentors technicians, supports workflow efficiency, and upholds company values. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience in a Part 145 environment, FAA A&P certification, and strong knowledge of aircraft systems and FAA requirements.
