Kemin is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our Missouri Campus.
Our Missouri Campus consists of operations in both Verona and Sarcoxie and was awarded 2025 "Leader of the Pack" for safety by Missouri Association of Manufacturers!
The primary location for this position is at our legacy manufacturing facility in Verona, MO.
Under direction, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising shift maintenance operations and coordinating with the production team to ensure equipment availability and reliability. Oversees daily data analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance actions, and manages maintenance inventory and expenses. Leads complex projects, provides technical guidance, and trains maintenance technicians to enhance skills and performance. Coordinates external resources as needed and is available on-call to support maintenance operations and process improvements.
