We are seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead shop floor operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Superintendent/Plant Manager and is responsible for ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong floor presence, team coaching, and real-time problem solving to support safety, quality, delivery, and morale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support 2nd shift maintenance and production operations
  • Assign daily work based on production demands and team strengths
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and process support
  • Drive safety compliance and machine safeguarding standards
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Support quality systems and audit requirements (IATF/ISO environment)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Supervisory experience in manufacturing or maintenance 
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and improve performance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment
