#LI-LL1You will lead maintenance execution activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operationsManage maintenance and operations work orders, including creation, approval, prioritization, scheduling, execution review, backlog management, and closure within the EAM systemDevelop and maintain weekly maintenance schedules, lead backlog and scheduling meetings, and coordinate maintenance resources to support operational prioritiesFurther, you will lead the execution of planned and unplanned shutdowns, including job plan development, schedule coordination, progress tracking, closeout activities, and support for plant turnaroundsImplement and maintain maintenance execution processes, procedures, and standards, while evaluating execution quality and efficiency and identifying improvement opportunitiesAssist with maintenance budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and spending control activitiesMonitor maintenance and reliability KPIs and support initiatives to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performanceAnd you will communicate with Facility Managers, Shift Supervisors, and other stakeholders to establish work priorities, address schedule changes, and coordinate maintenance activitiesYou will provide troubleshooting and technical support to operations personnel and coordinate with engineering, procurement, maintenance, and operations teams as neededParticipate in root cause failure analyses and support the development and implementation of corrective actions
