Employee of the school and church working with & supervising a small team of workers within the maintenance department. Upkeep the facilities, manage the maintenance staff and coordinate with BM/Principle larger repairs that need to be made. Familiarity with HVAC/Heating systems, roofing, plumbing, electrical and other various aspects of a large building.

This position has an annualized salary range of $42,000.00 - $50,000.00. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
