Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Supervisor performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned. Experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, and appliance troubleshooting required.
