Starting pay is $30/hour and up, depending on experience!
This is a full-time position offering a Monday-Friday (7:30am-4pm) schedule, with MOD weekend rotation.
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the safety of residents and team members of the community. You will be hands-on completing work orders and routine repairs in the residents apartments, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor will:
Perform a wide variety of building maintenance and mechanical work including:
carpentry
electrical
plumbing
interior and exterior painting
masonry
drywall repair
small appliance repair
minor equipment repair
troubleshooting
Floor cover cleaning (shampooing, buffing, stripping waxing, etc.)
Follow proper work order procedures, confirm receipt, and ensure that work schedule is made for each resident within 24 hours of the order.
Coordinate and provide for the completion of corrective and preventative Environmental Services of the grounds and building in a timely manner.
Assure all necessary logs are maintained to track information regarding maintenance of the building and grounds. The logs required may include, but are not limited to:
Hot Water Temperature
Emergency Generator Charge Checks
MSDS Sheets
Fire Extinguisher Charge Checks
Fire Drills
Emergency call system tests.
Order all approved maintenance-related products and supplies for repairs and on-going maintenance.
Assist in developing the annual maintenance budget.
Maintain effective inventory and loss control program for the supplies, parts, tools, and equipment of the department.
Supervises the work of outside contractors performing physical plant contract services including but not limited to:
landscaping
painting
floor covering installation
HVAC
equipment repairs.
Oversee Environmental Services, security, housekeeping, and laundry.
Maintain OSHA regulations on file or posted.
Maintain records of drills and safety training for all employees.
Ensure all company, state, local OSHA or federal health, safety, building, fire and insurance codes or requirements are met or exceeded at all times.
Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
Education Requirements
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, painting, carpentry, heating, and HVAC systems.
Must have 2-3 years demonstrated experience within a senior living or multi-family environment.
