Starting pay is $30/hour and up, based on experience, with a full-time Monday-Friday schedule (7:30am-4pm) and MOD weekend rotation.
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees resident and staff safety, performing hands-on repairs such as plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, small appliance repairs, and floor care. Excellent customer service and a willingness to work with seniors are essential.
Responsibilities include completing work orders within 24 hours, maintaining logs and safety records, managing supplies and budget, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. The role also involves overseeing environmental services, security, housekeeping, and responding to emergencies.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic skills in wiring, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and HVAC, and 2-3 years of experience in senior living or multi-family environments.
