We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Supervisor to oversee equipment maintenance in our facilities.
Responsibilities include managing routine and emergency repairs, inspecting machinery, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment and vehicles.
The role requires strong leadership to hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff and tradespeople, coordinate projects, and ensure safety and quality standards.
Key skills include technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, experience with CNC and welding, and familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Excellent planning, communication, and computer skills are essential. A high school diploma is required; vocational training is a plus.
