Maintenance Supervisor

We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at a growing metal fabrication company in Saint Joseph, MO.

• Supervise daily maintenance operations, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
• Implement preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure safety compliance.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, coordinate with production teams for efficient operations.
• Require previous maintenance leadership experience, strong knowledge of industrial machinery, and a team-first mindset.
• High School Diploma or equivalent needed.
