Maintenance Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Pleasanton, CA area!

*** MUST be open to Shift ***

Responsbilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Create, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and food safety regulations.
• Track equipment performance and manage upgrades, modifications, or improvements when needed.
• Partner with production teams to resolve equipment concerns and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment performance metrics.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to strengthen technical skills and promote a safe working environment.
• Manage spare parts inventory and oversee the maintenance budget to ensure cost effective operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in maintenance supervision
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
