What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
- Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
- Ability to handle after-hours emergencies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma or GED, basic tools, and reliable transportation
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all maintenance operations for the property
- Oversee and train team members
- Complete service requests and apartment turns
- Ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
- Provide outstanding service to residents
- Manage vendors, inventory, and budget
