This role offers a salary range of $63,000 - $95,000.
Must-Haves:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders, quick response to production breakdowns, and adherence to safety and productivity standards.
- Schedule, assign, and oversee preventive maintenance for production machinery, support equipment, and manage spare parts inventory to reduce downtime and meet production goals.
- Lead and mentor a maintenance team of 10-20 employees, promoting skill development and teamwork.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Review and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation for planning maintenance tasks.
- Identify and resolve equipment anomalies or irregularities in performance.
