Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance team in daily operations
- Perform and oversee repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
- Ensure service requests are completed promptly and professionally
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
- Maintain property appearance, safety, and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budgets
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs
- Pool maintenance knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
- EPA Certification required
- CPO certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable
- Strong customer service mindset with residents and team members
