What You’ll Do
Lead daily maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
Manage service requests and make-ready units efficiently
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing standards
Train and supervise maintenance team members and vendors
Handle after-hours emergencies and maintain strong communication with residents
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
Strong gas and HVAC experience (EPA Type II or Universal required)
CPO certification preferred
Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service
Reliable transportation and personal tools
