What You'll Do
Lead all maintenance operations for two apartment communities
Supervise, coach, and develop the maintenance team
Coordinate service requests and apartment turns
Oversee preventive maintenance and property inspections
Maintain inventory, purchasing, and maintenance budgets
Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
Work with vendors and contractors to complete projects
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a team
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools
Excellent customer service and communication skills
