Responsibilities include supervising and performing maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, roofing, and other structures, ensuring cleanliness and property appearance, overseeing vendors, and managing resident work orders. Must be available for on-call work including nights and weekends.
Requirements include at least 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, 1-2 years supervisory experience, HVAC certification, refrigeration certification, and valid driver's license. Physical ability to work outdoors, safely operate tools, climb ladders up to 40 feet, and transport heavy items is essential.
