Position Responsibilities:?
The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis
A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program
This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards
Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting
