Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor 10 – 12 Maintenance Technicians.

This will be a highly visible role and will be responsible for many new projects for facility expansions and equipment placement and upgrades.

Duties andResponsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of various fabrication and CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment
• Work with creating and standardizing preventative maintenance schedules
• Analyze troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations
• Highlighting any faults or damage to the machine, guarding or tooling
• Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations
• Working with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure

Ideal Experience:

• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Experience in supervisor groups of maintenance techs or other related skill sets
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and documentation
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on the floor
• Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
