We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about leading teams, improving equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence.

Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Maintenance Technicians
Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
Manage and optimize preventative maintenance programs
Coordinate training and skill development for maintenance personnel
Conduct safety, housekeeping, and Lockout/Tagout audits
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of direct reports
Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently
5+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
2-5 years of Maintenance Leadership or Supervisory experience
Strong troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments
Experience with:
PLC Hardware & Software
Electrical Control Systems
Mechanical Drive Systems
Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
HVAC & Chiller Systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Competitive Salary: $72,000 - $75,000
