The Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor Ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact? We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations, keep our community running smoothly, and ensure our residents receive top-tier service. This is more than just a maintenance role—it’s a leadership opportunity to grow with a company that’s on the rise.
What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to problem solver and team leader for all things maintenance, including:
Overseeing property upkeep, building maintenance, and equipment functionality
Managing service requests and preparing apartments for new residents
Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance
Supervising vendors and maintaining inventory
Ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols
Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical issues
Installing appliances and overseeing warranty fulfillment
Maintaining logs and reports (OSHA, snow removal, maintenance, etc.)
Supporting the Community Manager with team reviews and evaluations
Participating in on-call rotations and responding to after-hours emergencies
Leading snow removal efforts as needed
Promoting a clean, safe, and welcoming community
What You Bring We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, reliable, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You should have:
A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
At least 1–2 years of related experience in multi-family maintenance
EPA Certification for HVAC
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months—company-paid)
Solid knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety standards
Great communication skills and a service-first attitude
A polished, professional appearance and a strong work ethic
