What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED (required)
2+ years of hands-on multifamily maintenance experience
Strong HVAC skills with EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems
Availability for after-hours emergency calls
Must own basic tools and have reliable transportation
Great communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee daily maintenance for the entire property: buildings, grounds, and amenities
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment aligned with company and OSHA standards
Complete service requests and prepare units for move-in
Respond quickly to resident repair needs and emergency calls
Support hiring, training, and managing maintenance and custodial staff
Provide top-notch customer service to residents and guests
Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and the maintenance budget
Coordinate and supervise contractor and vendor work
Ensure all work complies with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations
