We are seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor with strong HVAC experience to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, deliver excellent resident service, and help maintain a clean, safe, and thriving community.
Oversee maintenance operations for all buildings, grounds, and community amenities
Complete service requests and apartment make-readies in a timely manner
Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
Respond to emergency maintenance needs and participate in after-hours/on-call rotation
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Coordinate and oversee vendor services and in-house maintenance work
Assist with interviewing, training, and supervision of maintenance, custodial, or grounds team members
Monitor inventory and assist with maintaining maintenance budgets
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and vendors
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of multifamily/apartment maintenance experience required
Strong HVAC experience required
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
Ability to take after-hours emergency calls
Must have basic maintenance tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to walk the property regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
