What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
- Strong HVAC skills & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
- Ability to supervise staff, vendors, and ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond to after-hours calls and perform physical tasks outdoors
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance team and oversee all property upkeep
- Complete service requests and apartment make-readies
- Manage preventive maintenance and ensure safety standards
- Train and supervise staff and coordinate vendor services
- Maintain inventory and manage maintenance budget
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests
