1+ years in a supervisor role
HVAC certification strongly preferred
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
