What You'll Do
- Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and drywall repairs
- Complete apartment turns and make-ready units
- Conduct preventive maintenance throughout the community
- Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
- Participate in emergency on-call rotation
- Maintain maintenance inventory and supplies
- Follow OSHA, safety, and Fair Housing standards
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance, multifamily maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience required
- HVAC experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification REQUIRED
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Must have reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
