Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and minimizing downtime across production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ensure minimal downtime and continuous plant operations
Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
Coordinate with production teams to support manufacturing goals
Manage maintenance schedules, logs, and reporting
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
Prior supervisory or team lead experience required
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
Experience in preventive maintenance planning
Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
