Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, safety, and appearance standards for a high-end student community.
Reporting to the Property Manager and collaborating with the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will manage maintenance staff, ensure safety, maintain budgets, and coordinate with vendors.
Requirements include 5+ years in residential maintenance, management experience, safety certifications, EPA Universal certification, and customer service focus.
Compensation is $29/hour plus shared commission. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401K with match, bonuses, and parental leave.
