BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to support an apartment community in Hayward, CA 94541. This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance leader who can oversee daily operations, guide the maintenance team, and ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team in daily operations
• Oversee work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Manage unit turns and ensure make‑readies are completed on schedule
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with residents and staff
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
