- HVAC certified with current EPA certification
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and work order management
- Strong customer service and resident relations skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment
