Dogwood Industries is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance department for our manufacturing facility. A successful candidate will have hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and tools. Essential Duties. Work Planning and Team Leadership:Direct the maintenance team, utilize maintenance software to track and schedule maintenance. Collaborating with Management Team on budgeting for facilities maintenance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to maintenance activities, equipment, and contracts. Intermediate computer skills using software to manage a maintenance program, Microsoft Office and other programs to manage data and track information Utilizes maintenance software to track equipment, record repairs and schedule maintenance. Collaborates with Operations Manager to establish daily, weekly and monthly expectations and overall program goals.
