The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team within the Engineering & Manufacturing department, ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained to optimal working standards in Los Angeles. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities that support production equipment, facility infrastructure, and utility systems.

Description
Here are the key responsibilities :
- Lead maintenance efforts for production equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
- Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve uptime and operational efficiency.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventories.
- Identify and address potential equipment failures before they impact production.
- Oversee general building maintenance, utilities, and facility improvements.
- Support infrastructure projects and ensure a safe, functional work environment.
- Coordinate specialized repairs and contractor services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and support maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate maintenance priorities with operations and production teams.
- Manage contractor relationships and oversee project execution.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across departments

Profile
A successful Maintenance Supervisor should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
