The organization fosters a hands-on, collaborative culture where employees are empowered to solve problems, improve processes, and support ongoing business growth.Job DescriptionHere are the key responsibilities:Lead maintenance efforts for production equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve uptime and operational efficiency.Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventories.Identify and address potential equipment failures before they impact production.Oversee general building maintenance, utilities, and facility improvements.Support infrastructure projects and ensure a safe, functional work environment.Coordinate specialized repairs and contractor services as needed.Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Support audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.Lead, coach, and support maintenance personnel.Coordinate maintenance priorities with operations and production teams.Manage contractor relationships and oversee project execution.Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across departmentsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
