Responsibilities include participating in meetings, collaborating with the facility management team, and responding to emergencies.
Qualifications include training and experience in environmental control, physical plant maintenance, and repair of essential systems, with at least 1 year of related experience. The candidate should demonstrate patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward elderly and disabled individuals.
