The Maintenance Supervisor assists the Area Chief Engineer with technical and administrative tasks, supporting all operations of the Engineering Department.
- Provides courteous service and maintains maintenance for refrigeration, heating, plumbing, A/C units, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, water treatment, and more.
- Monitors utility consumption and ensures projects meet specifications and deadlines.
- Follows OSHA lockout-tagout procedures and performs preventive maintenance on guestrooms, public areas, and equipment.
- Reports safety concerns, secures key inventories, and responds to emergencies.
- Participates in maintenance programs for event and public spaces, manages inventory, and maintains grounds and cleanliness.
- Attends staff meetings and completes projects assigned by the Chief Engineer.
