Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who’s ready to lead from the floor, not behind a desk.
This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership, work alongside the team, and help build and improve maintenance processes in a growing manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the maintenance team across shifts
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs
- Help build and improve the PM program
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Leadership experience with a “lead, do, and create” mindset
- Experience with PLCs and automated equipment
- Someone who thrives on the production floor and takes initiative
