Maintenance Supervisor 1st shift

The role is to ensure continuous operation of facility, manufacturing, and support systems in a food manufacturing environment.

• Represent management to promote Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals.
• Assess and improve manufacturing and support system efficiencies.
• Coach team members in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Supervise team performance, ensure adherence to policies, and support professional growth.
• Support and expand Preventive/Predictive Maintenance across all systems and machinery.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including network, PLCs, PCs, and interfaces.
• Apply advanced electrical troubleshooting skills on power, motor controls, and robotics.
• Maintain expertise in troubleshooting automated packaging, process equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and support systems like steam, water, compressed air, and refrigeration.
