Must have knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with own tools. Responsibilities also involve inventory management, purchasing, coordinating after-hours service, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role requires physical ability to walk the property, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks. The supervisor establishes work schedules, trains staff, maintains records, and ensures proper safety procedures. Work hours are set by the Portfolio Manager, with additional duties assigned as needed.
