Job Description
We are looking for an individual to help with the maintenance of our resort facility.

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills, must be able to communicate verbally and written
- Maintain a professional appearance.
Duties:
- Respond to all guest repair requests.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
- Ability to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy.
- Carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical experienced is needed.
- Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, and air conditioners.
- Perform maintenance activities in hotel public areas like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment and cosmetic items.
- Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties.
Salary: From $14.00 per hour
