Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Specialist. The Maintenance Specialist performs maintenance duties around the facility in an industrial setting. The Maintenance Specialist will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor.

SCHEDULE:

• Full Time 
• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 4:30pm (on call after hours)

PAY RATE: Starting at $25.00 per hour DOE

Weekly Pay

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect equipment daily to identify problems, mechanical failure, or breakdowns
• Respond to requests for maintenance services
• Perform small electrical tasks
• Performs other cleaning duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• High school diploma or equivalent education/technical certification
• Must possess professional experience and/or education in one or more of the following
• • Electrical
  • Industrial Equipment Repair 
• Attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of electrical work
• Basic skills in mechanical repair and routine equipment maintenance
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, screwdrivers/drills, and wrenches
• Time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
• Degree from a technical college
