The Maintenance Sales Associate will develop new and existing client relationships to sell maintenance contracts, repair, replacement, service, and energy efficiency packages across various markets.
Key responsibilities include prospecting for new accounts, providing product and service information, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2+ years of HVAC or maintenance sales experience, strong presentation and sales skills, financial acumen, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid driver’s license.
