Main Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing heavy-duty cleaning.
• Engage in regular maintenance and repair activities as needed.
• Keep building floors spotless through detail cleaning.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, serviced, and resupplied.
• Clean and maintain maintenance on equipment.
• Communicate with Vendors on work orders.

Job Requirements

• Preferred experience in Cleaning/Janitorial work and/or maintenance.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and cleaning equipment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to respond and act quickly in various situations.
• Able to work early mornings/nights when needed.
• Availability to work when the restaurant is closed on occasion.
• Must have mechanical skill set to access and resolve equipment issues.
• Must have high standards for cleanliness/details.
