Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will lead and improve preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs, oversee maintenance execution, reliability initiatives, and asset performance tracking.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to optimize equipment uptime.
  • Manage CMMS performance, spare parts control, and planning/scheduling systems
  • Support capital project development, design reviews, and equipment installations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, ISO, and related industry standards.
  • Mentor and lead multidisciplinary maintenance and reliability personnel.
  • Facilitate PHAs and follow through on recommended actions.
  • Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization projects.
  • Relocation provided. $130K-$145K.
Requirements:
  • The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will have a BSME or BSEE and 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing operations (fibers, polymers, batch processing).
  • Proven expertise in reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization.
  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
